Zoom Phone users registered to the India (Mumbai/Hyderabad) Data Center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter starting at 28th March 04:30 AM PDT (5:00 PM IST on 28th March). During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically.

Mumbai - 28th March 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM IST

Hyderabad - 28th March 08:05 PM to 11:59 PM IST

If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to alternate India (Hyderabad) Data Center in addition to the India (Mumbai) Data Center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Mumbai Data Center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s India (Hyderabad) Data Center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom's India (Mumbai) Data Center once the maintenance is completed. The same will do for India (Hyderabad) as well.
