No operational impact is expected. This maintenance introduces the following improvements and enhancements:

Improved internal processing capabilities:
MTS processing capacity is enhanced to better handle heavy workloads and support automatic scaling.

OpenAPI enhancements:
Enhanced support for Zoom Events OpenAPI
Enhanced support for Workspace OpenAPI

Expanded media and content capabilities:
Support for the Pexels Video API
Support for transferring HLS / MP4 to HLS / TS formats
Support for migrating large-scale content from customer vendor storage
Automatic padding of empty audio streams for clips without audio tracks

All services are expected to operate normally during the maintenance window.

Scheduled - Zoom is continuously optimizing our global footprint to improve performance and availability for our customers. With this in mind, Zoom plans to decommission our Conference Room Connector (CRC) services in our India legacy data centers and move services to our newer India data centers. The locations we are moving out of and their replacements, are listed in the tables below.

Zoom customers using Conference Room Connector (CRC) to connect to Zoom meetings using Zoom CRC DNS domain names for India region migrate to new DNS in2.zoomcrc.com

Zoom customers using Conference Room Connector (CRC) to connect to Zoom meetings using the CRC IP addresses for the old data centers must begin using the new CRC IP addresses listed in the table before the decommissioning date of February 27, 2026.

Please be advised that Zoom meeting invites sent before February 7, 2026 may list the old CRC IP addresses.

Scheduled - The table for Zoom Phone rules has been updated to include the use of the UDP protocols for TURN (Traversal Using Relays around NAT) support (UDP 3478). Due to this, we recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems. This update is only for the protocol; no changes have been made to the destination addresses used for Zoom Phone. Below are the IP ranges that will be utilized for TURN support (UDP 3478).
