Zoom SSO Certificate Rotation 2025 Dec 21, 2025 23:59 - Dec 22, 2025 00:00 PST

Zoom will be making the new Service Provider certificate available on November 5, 2025, ahead of the expiration of the previously issued 2024/2025 certificate on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

No action is required for customers using an identity provider (IDP) or configuration that supports dynamic metadata refresh, as your IDP will automatically download the latest Zoom certificate and rotate it into your account’s configuration starting Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

If automatic update is disabled or your IDP does not support automatic certificate rotation, your organization will need to manually rotate the certificate by December 21, 2025. If the certificate has not been rotated by then, your organization will be unable to utilize SSO services until the certificate has been updated.

Note: if the SP Certificate box is not on your SSO configuration page, no action is required to rotate to the new certificate.

The following new and updated IP subnet ranges will be deployed for use with Zoom’s Professional Services Organization (PSO) resources starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. These network rules are only necessary if you are working with PSO, and are not necessary for the normal operation of Zoom’s services.

Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update (2/7/2026) Feb 7, 2026 17:00-18:00 PST

Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for the following areas, approximately 90 days from now on February 7, 2026:

- VDI client
- Zoom Node (including Meeting Connector ZC, MMR, and Conference Room Connector Hybrid)

Additionally, beginning with the February 2026 enforcement, Zoom will require a minimum version for Cobrowse SDK.

All other clients and plugins not listed here will maintain the same version requirements as the November 2025 enforcement.

Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining China Premium and Toll-Free number(s) for future invites.

To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all China Premium and Toll-Free numbers that will remain supported.
