MTS processing capacity is enhanced to better handle heavy workloads and support automatic scaling.

OpenAPI enhancements:
Enhanced support for Zoom Events OpenAPI
Enhanced support for Workspace OpenAPI

Expanded media and content capabilities:
Support for the Pexels Video API
Support for transferring HLS / MP4 to HLS / TS formats
Support for migrating large-scale content from customer vendor storage

With this in mind, Zoom plans to decommission our Conference Room Connector (CRC) services in our India legacy data centers and move services to our newer India data centers. The locations we are moving out of and their replacements, are listed in the tables below.

Zoom customers using Conference Room Connector (CRC) to connect to Zoom meetings using Zoom CRC DNS domain names for India region migrate to new DNS in2.zoomcrc.com

Zoom customers using Conference Room Connector (CRC) to connect to Zoom meetings using the CRC IP addresses for the old data centers must begin using the new CRC IP addresses listed in the table before the decommissioning date of February 27, 2026.

Please be advised that Zoom meeting invites sent before February 7, 2026 may list the old CRC IP addresses.

Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update (5/2/2026) May 2, 2026 17:00-18:00 PDT

Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version of all our Zoom clients and plugins, roughly 90 days from now on on May 2, 2026:

Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for the following areas, approximately 90 days from now on May 2, 2026:

• Zoom Rooms (Windows, macOS, iPad, appliances, iOS and Android controllers)
• Zoom Node (including Meeting Connector MMR)


Additionally, beginning with the May 2026 enforcement, Zoom will require a minimum version for Zoom Meeting Hybrid - MMR.

All other clients and plugins not listed here will maintain the same version requirements as the February 2026 enforcement.

Scheduled - Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for the following areas, approximately 90 days from now on February 7, 2026:

- VDI client
- Zoom Node (including Meeting Connector ZC, MMR, and Conference Room Connector Hybrid)

Additionally, beginning with the February 2026 enforcement, Zoom will require a minimum version for Cobrowse SDK.

All other clients and plugins not listed here will maintain the same version requirements as the November 2025 enforcement.
