There are 3 changes as part of this announcement: a DNS change, an IP address change for Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Contact Center, and a protocol change for CDN.

DNS Change
Zoom will add an additional data center in an existing region to the global Zoom routing network, starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. For network administrators with Zoom-specific proxy rules, please update your PAC files with the following site.

Additionally, the following data centers are no longer in use and will be removed from Zoom resources starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice:

This update is only for the protocol; no changes have been made to the destination addresses used for CDN.

Zoom SSO Certificate Rotation 2025 Dec 21, 2025 23:59 - Dec 22, 2025 00:00 PST

Zoom will be making the new Service Provider certificate available on November 5, 2025, ahead of the expiration of the previously issued 2024/2025 certificate on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

No action is required for customers using an identity provider (IDP) or configuration that supports dynamic metadata refresh, as your IDP will automatically download the latest Zoom certificate and rotate it into your account’s configuration starting Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

If automatic update is disabled or your IDP does not support automatic certificate rotation, your organization will need to manually rotate the certificate by December 21, 2025. If the certificate has not been rotated by then, your organization will be unable to utilize SSO services until the certificate has been updated.

Note: if the SP Certificate box is not on your SSO configuration page, no action is required to rotate to the new certificate.

Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update (2/7/2026) Feb 7, 2026 17:00-18:00 PST

Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for the following areas, approximately 90 days from now on February 7, 2026:

- VDI client
- Zoom Node (including Meeting Connector ZC, MMR, and Conference Room Connector Hybrid)

Additionally, beginning with the February 2026 enforcement, Zoom will require a minimum version for Cobrowse SDK.

All other clients and plugins not listed here will maintain the same version requirements as the November 2025 enforcement.

Identified - Zoom services are fully operational. There are reports of a Microsoft Outage causing scheduling issues through Outlook, https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status. Customers can still schedule and join meetings directly using Zoom’s web portal.


Zoom is aware of Scheduling issues related to Microsoft Azure, but Zoom is not directly impacted and your previously scheduled meetings and webinars are still available:

Steps to join or launch a new meeting:
1) Login to your Zoom Account
2a) From the Zoom client, Select Profile, then Meetings or Webinars
2b) From the Web, Select 'Meetings' to see your scheduled events
3) Locate upcoming meeting, select 'Start", copy and provide the meeting ID to meeting participants, or schedule a new meeting.
